Sign Language Program: Basic Sign Language (BSL) Training for Parents

LINK Center for the Deaf is currently conducting a Basic Sign Language training to parents and primary caregivers of students who are deaf in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The program aims to support the learning needs of students who are deaf. It is engaged in distance learning by equipping their parents and guardians with the necessary competencies in sign language as they play the role of secondary educator at home.
