Today marks a significant milestone as the LINK Center for the Deaf, Inc. officially partners with the 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, through the 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐐𝐂 𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐎). The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed at the Office of the Mayor today, December 18, 2025, between 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊’𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐔𝐢 and 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞.
LINK Center for the Deaf Inc. (LINK Center)
is registered with the Securities of Exchange Commission as a non-government organization on February 15, 2002. LINK Center is also registered with the Department of Social Work and Development.
LINK Center is a service-oriented organization that provides support programs and promotes awareness of people who are deaf to the mainstream of society.
