29 Deaf applicants confidently participated in an interview at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on August 19, 2025, under the LINK Employment Program. Out of the group, 8 Deaf applicants were officially hired, marking a big step toward inclusive employment in the service industry. This initiative not only opened doors for work opportunities but also showcased the skills and potential of the Deaf community—proof of LINK Center’s commitment to building a more inclusive workforce.
