Warmly received by Executive Director Ms. Carolyn C. Ui and Managing Director Ms. Marical C. Ui, the visit was both a reunion and a celebration of renewed purpose.

LINK Center for the Deaf Inc. (LINK Center) is registered with the Securities of Exchange Commission as a non-government organization on February 15, 2002. LINK Center is also registered with the Department of Social Work and Development.
LINK Center is a service-oriented organization that provides support programs and promotes awareness of people who are deaf to the mainstream of society.
