LINK for ALL: Learning, INclusion, and Knowledge for ALL

The LINK Center for the Deaf officially launched its LINK for All: Learning, INclusion, and Knowledge for All program through its first-ever webinar, “Understanding Disability: Introduction to Inclusion and Disability Rights”, held on October 3, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.

The session, led by Mr. Exequiel Francisco, provided an insightful discussion on the foundations of disability awareness—highlighting how understanding different types of disabilities is the first step toward building inclusive and accessible communities.

The event was attended by community workers from the City of Carmona, including barangay representatives, teachers, and health workers, who actively participated in the dialogue and shared their experiences.

This kick-off marks the beginning of a series of capacity-building sessions under the LINK for All Program, designed to empower local leaders and promote inclusion for Deaf and persons with disabilities in every community.
