Today marks a significant milestone as the LINK Center for the Deaf, Inc. officially partners with the ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, through the ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ (๐๐ ๐๐๐๐). The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed at the Office of the Mayor today, December 18, 2025, between ๐๐๐๐’๐ฌ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐๐ข and ๐๐ฎ๐๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ, ๐๐จ๐ง. ๐๐. ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐.

is registered with the Securities of Exchange Commission as a non-government organization on February 15, 2002. LINK Center is also registered with the Department of Social Work and Development.
LINK Center is a service-oriented organization that provides support programs and promotes awareness of people who are deaf to the mainstream of society.
